The Alpha Dog

Yeah, more Strontium Dog related stuff, how original, eh?

I had a really random thought about Johnny Alpha piloting a Gundam/Mecha giant robot (in an AU or something), and as you can see, I basically took his uniform as a foundation for the design. The weird thing about this drawing is that I had a really clear idea for the pose, the angle and even the light source. I went for it and, surprisingly, it worked. Even the name came out kind of naturally :)
